Just read about a peacock bass being caught at Webster. lol
This guy thinks it's for real? Dunno but if it is i'm sure we will hear more about it.
i had a tournament there a month ago or so and i almost caught this crazy looking thing. it had weird colors and i thought it was an insanely aggressive koi or something. it was hanging out under a pontoon boat and would chase my senko out but would never hit it. after i saw your post and looked at some pictures, i really think that's what it was. my boater and i had no clue but i really wanted to catch it to see what the heck it was. maybe it wasn't but it definitely was not a smallie or lmb.
I can't say I've been more excited about any other tourney. I get up for all of them but this is the Finale!!! Just wanted to wish all you guys good luck and say that randomly running into this web site and being able to fish with you guys combined with my first season of having my own boat has made this the best fishing season ever!!!! And to think there is a potential to bag a peacock bass right at the end...AWESOMENESS!!!!
