VALPEY's EVEN MORE ARROGANT CHALLENGE!!!

this was tuesday night on the charles after work i was ganna right a trip up but i got lazy. i still might though theres a cool story behind it.
anyway i left my scale in my neighbors boat on sunday then we met up tuesday and he took it out of his boat and put it in his truck, we went fishing his scale died and i caught these....

we estimated this first one at a little over 5 pounds, she was a heavy set lady.


we estimated this one at a solid 4.5lb even though this one looks larger we believed it to be a male much shorter but had a belly on him


both of these fish we caught withing 10 casts of eachother and in the same 5 ft radius.

i wish i had an exact weight for you valps but i thought id share anyway. one of my better days on the charles

nice fish. i love that spot on the charles.

i think kizel13 might have a good shot at smallie lunker if he's hitting a good time for the spawn up in NH. i will probably be up there sunday too at a big fish lake.

I got a 3.8 and i got a 3.1 on a flyrod it was awesome but im not entering them in this i wont have the pics till next week cuz like an idiot i forgot my phone. But my buddy is gonna send me them he got a 4.1 on a fly rod that was awesome to watch. I have pics from the last two days up there that ill post later but the biggest one in those pics is a 2.5


But the trip was amazing some fish on beds some were already empty but overall we were bed fishing. Im gonna post a trip for it later there was 2 days where we had 25+ fish from 5 till dark when the topwater bite was on

good stuff i bet that was fun. a guy i know was catching 3s with an ultra light and it was pretty wild.

Caught 3.2 smallmouth bass.

Lost several legitimate 4 pounders smallmouth. Oh well. I guess, I'm suck! haha

you basstard!!!! we just couldnt keep those biggons on the hook. i was so mad with myself after loosing the monster last night

haha. I know!! I almost wanted to dive into water with my net to just grab that bass into net!! But oh man. Sh** happens!
