another mention for whitmans pond in weymouth. some good sized fish and plenty of access. helps that I only live a quarter mile from there. much better if you have a boat of some sort. lets you cover more ground.

hay guys i would have to say the nicest place around here would be lake pearl in wrentham. most of all its because thay treat the water for milfoil. the boating can be pretty rough in the summer months.But nobody is out early and late. the boat ramp closes at 9:pm and thats A PLUS so ya dont have to pack it in too early

Glad to hear! After seeing Pearl on the best bets for largemouth page on masswildlife last year I wanted to try it out. I am planning a trip there for as soon as the snow melts. and for a bonus I can hit up BPS while I down there since its so close to Wrentham

Of course! I love Spot Pond, it should be great this spring. I have a couple other places too in the immediate area worth checking out.



I have never had any luck at Spot Pond... Ive hit up a few different spots from shore and never have caught anything Sad
