friendly tournment

Be careful.
You might need a permit. Isn't parking limited or a fee?
Is it on a non tournament scheduled day?
Not saying a few guys cant just show up and fish. I'm just throwing caution out there.

yeah but i dont think this is gunna be a 20 boat tourny and memorial beach parking is free until memorial day

I'm pretty sure that list is just for places with state run ramps. I didn't see Billington Sea on that list.
