Why I Love Unknown Location
Yesterday July 30th, I decided to take my cartopper in the late afternoon to 'Unknown location' in Plymouth with the gf. Turned out to be a great day, with 10 (7 larrys 3 sallies) bass, 1 pickerel, 3 Bluegills, a Perch and even a hand caught Painted Turtle :P - I even caught myself a chunky (I am guessing around) 4.5 lb'er. (My scale said 5lbs 5 ounces) - but I think my digital scale is a tad bit off, who knows though right? Gotta calibrate it correctly soon. Caught myself another nice 3lb 14 ounce Larry and a 2lb smallie as well. Gf caught quite a few half pounders-1lb'ers herself. Fun way to kill an afternoon.
I never fished it before.
I never put spots up. I want to keep my Ponds quite. The ponds I fish aren't on MAFF!
I would hate to see the bucket brigade at my ponds
Ya seriously. Don't blow it up.
Deff glad you changed it haha this is such a good spot hate to see it ruined
Write up is changed ;) - working on making the how-to video this week. Hahah
Step 1 - replace the name of your location with another location that sucks.
Step 2 - blur out all recognizable landmarks from photos and videos.
Step 3 - post incessantly about how fabulous this (fake) location is.
Step 4 - act surprised when fellow MAFFers start asking about your favorite techniques for catching trophy bass at this hot spot.
Man, we gotta make a how to video. How to brag about your favorite spot without blowing it up. Next on ESPN 2
Yeah but you still name it in the writeup.
LMAO!!! You'll thank me. Trust me. It doesn't take too many good trips to a spot to blow it up and pics of Sally will lure in even more lurkers. They're everywhere
Changed both to Unknown location, just for you Shawn. :P hahaha
i'm just messing around although it's sort of true. next thing you know, all sorts of people will be there the next time you show up.
