I could be wrong but I think if it's a private pond the owner can control the fishery the way they want.



Mike, unless the bluegills, perch and shiners you are introducing came from a private pond as well ,then removing them from a public pond is "transporting"

Was created 10 years ago as a water supply for part of a golf course. I think people put the bass in there. The frog population has thrived. There are bullheads in it too. It is 15 feet deep in the middle but drops to 7 ft or so with heavy water use and light rainfall.

They probably won't help much either. Crawfish or loads of sunnies might reproduce and fatten up the bass.
