So I'm not sure what all these look like. Any pics?
1. Does this mean just pushing the tube through a hook till it touches the jig head?
2. Is this just t-rigged on a hook like a worm?
3. What is a glider weight?
4. What's the quick load method?
What type of hooks do you use for 1+2?

Depending where you have weight in tube will affect it's fall and tube weights.
You can create a wide spiral, a straight drop etc.
Wide spiral might imitate a dying bait-fish slowly sinking to bottom.
I can get more detailed if needed.
Quick loading is when you just insert tube jig into head of tube instead of inserting thru hole in back (quick load).
Glider is a flat weight with a hole and it slides inside of tube onto hook shank.
All my tube jigs have 3/0 hooks
I hope this helps?
