ok guys so i started rebuilding last weekend and did some more work today, im not going to walk you through everyrhing i did because i just dont have the patience for it, so ill just show you pictures of progess so far.
sometime during this week ill get going on the access doors for the storage, recessed tray for the trolling motor pedal and maybe even start to carpet.

i make my own out of the scrap wood, cuz im not ganna spend 100 bucks on the metal one they sell over the internet. if i were you mikey id just buy it all you have to do is cut out the floor and insert the tray. piece of cake. much easier than how i would do it.
Looks great! Were you able to lighten it up any or did it stay the same weight or gain some in the new upgrade? Even though I'm sure that wasn't the main objective, I'm curious just the same.

It weighs about the same as before, and I added the rear deck and the floor.
