Third day on the water this year and pulled out a monster. 6lb 11 oz!! She was a true bucket mouth, look at the pic with the scale, the size of her head in relation to my buddies fist is ridiculous. Lake Boone has some serious Larrys swimming around. Not as big as Chucks from last years tournament but my biggest ever.

Congrats on a real nice fish.

The fish have been inhaling jigs over there, but I have yet to catch anything over 3 1/2 lbs.

Jig it was in about 3 ft. She just tapped it a couple times and then inhaled it. Her belly was real soft and distended with eggs, i thought it was to early for them to be spawning up her but I guess not. The water was 55 degrees.
