Some Late Season Action

Ventured out Tuesday morning to the "deaffishermans" home waters. Place usually fishes well this time of the year so I thought I would give it a shot with the waders. Got 5 bass in the 1-2 lb range and lost a couple of others. 4 pickerel with the biggest being around 4lb, thing had a head like an alligator! A couple of good size calico and a few jumbo perch. Most fish came on a jerkbait. All in all not a bad outing for late November. Happy Thanksgiving!

Gave it another shot today with the mild temp. Got a few calico/crappie and a couple of yellow perch. No sign of any bass and no toothy critters! Laughing

I was out from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. fishing the north end of the pond in waders. Water level still down quite a bit there!

oh no wonder. I fished at afternoon due to warmer temp shoreline on whole pond.

I'm usually on kayak or canoe. Just wave me when you see me around. I'm usually fish everyday if there is no hard wind. Since wind tend to shut them off the bites.

Went back yesterday with the waders. A little chilly in the a.m.! Laughing 3 cookie cutter bass and a couple of missed fish. Couldn't find the jumbos. Fish are schooled up right now and it can be a real hit or miss!

caught bunch of fish yesterday. total 21 fish.
11 - Largemouth bass - 4.4lbs (rest of bass is at 3lbs each)
6 - Pikerels - 2.5lbs.
4 - yellow perch - 13 inch/15oz
1 - crappie - 1lb

At LS? Prettygood bunch of fish! I've been fishing there for about 5 yrs now and have only go one that went 3lb! The place really needs a good culling. Your math is wrong! Laughing
