Hey y'all!

you guys getting ready for the spring? cleaning out the tackle, respooling the reels, waxing the boats, scanning new lakes and ponds to fish??

What else are you doing to prep for open water fishing again?

are you ice fishing?

I have a feeling this upcoming spring + summer will be the best season in a while...

Planning to clean the reels this weekend. I hope your feeling is right.

Just bought a new FishFinder for my Kayak (Lowrance ELITE-4 DSI w/ GPS) and getting ready to install it.

Also bought a Swimbait Rod, going to purchase the reel pretty soon.

Cleaning all my current gear will be happening soon too.

Waiting for some good pre-season sales before stocking up on supplies.

Just opened up the Bass Pro catalog the other day and started circling things to buy. Have to wait a couple weeks to order, but it cannot come quick enough! Also looking at a few big boats, so that has been exciting! First February for funds and then April cannot get here quick enough!

Quiet so far...only purchased 2 rods. A crankbait and flipping/punch rod.
Still undecided on a new jerk bait stick. The new Curado will be out next month, so I'll take a look when that is available.

Just joking Sam but I did get raise at work, my title sponsor Very Happy

Chuck - looking forward to seeing that new curado. Hoping Shimano gets it right this time.

Got the official email the other day. I am going to be fishing the high school championship sometime in july on a lake in kentucky or Tennessee and I am on turbans state team so I will be fishing the fish off on the st Lawrence river in new York on sept 25-26 and the 26th just happens to be my birthday. Doesnt he much better than that

Kamil - the tournament you are referring to on the St. Lawrence is not the fish offs, it's the BASS Eastern divisional which is an even better opportunity, especially at your age. Best of luck in both tournaments.
