If you do launch there with a trailer, there are only 2 spots designated for trailers in the lot closest to the ramp. They are to the right of the ramp . If those are taken you need to park in the dirt parking lot back as you take the turn into the launch area off the main road. A guy from the yatch club informed me that the paved parking lot is the property of the yatch club.

as I said, people do, but technically I'm not sure if you are supposed to. You will be fine.

Rich, I'm not so sure what that guy told you is true.

Not sure either Karl.

I "discussed" it with him for about 5 minutes. I asked to be pointed to a sign that designates it as "yacht club parking only". There is none. He was pretty adamant about it. I did not want it to get heated so in the end I thanked him for pointing out the dirt lot and told him i wold use it next time.

Was there today for afew hours...parked next to the other 2 vehicles..one with trailer the other just a pickup

Talked to a guy in a bass tracker..said no one ever gave him any crap about using bass boat as long as he didnt use gas motor..said one day his batteries died for T motor and had to use gas engine..said troopers were waiting for him at ramp..he just explained why and they told him not to do it again..

Other than the trailer draggin on ramp..everything went well, caught acouple right off the bat on docks..caught acouple punching, lost acouple...nothing big

there was some bait busting going on around the lake..tossed a tube over to one bunch and had a 1lb fish come up and spit it..but also saw afew smashing bait that looked like good size fish..didnt have time to chase..

Thanks again for the info guys
