Trout in Fearing Pond, Plymouth?

Anyone fish here before? I guess they stock it with rainbows. Anyone know if its frozen over these days, or if its still fishable from shore?


Thinking about heading down there tomorrow, supposed to be high 40s. Any recommendations for catching some trout? I got my some salmon eggs power bait, what else shall I get before heading down there?

yeah, I fished there during April with powerbait. Nothing really exciting about this pond. If you got the couple of trout out of this pond. you day will be great!

I stopped fishing at 7 years ago. So, sorry for no present update for this pond.

Went there with a few buddies, some power bait and garlic oil, and some night crawlers yesterday. nothing seemed to want any live bait/power bait, but my buddy caught a rainbow using a spoon, and another trout spat the hook.

While there wasnt much action other than those two encounters, it was a nice chance to get out and soak up some sun and listen to some skynyrd.
