usually dawn or dusk is your best time of day . fishing the incoming and outgoing tide about an hour hour and a half each side of high tide. try to fish in moving water . by structures like jetties... clams bloodworms squid . live bait when available. medium heavy too heavy surf ride 15-20 pound test or better . 50 pound leader or so . repeat as many times as necessary
