...BY THE WAY FOR ANY NEW CAR TOPPERS.THIS IS ELECTRIC MOTOR ONLY FOR THESE TOURNEYS.THAT MEANS NO GAS.....

Do many folks enter with NO motor? I've been toying w/the idea of trying out in a Hobie mirage pedal/drive boat, with no motor, once I get a live well of sorts setup on it.

I don't think anyone would mind as long as you have a proper lilvewell.

last year a team entered with a double kayak that was peddle powered. Their livewell was too small and they had dead fish

Hey Rich, should we allow that swimbait in the norton res? It's looks like it might be harmful to the fish.hahaha just kidding.

how big is that livewell? can it hold 1-5 bass that are at least 12" ??

Posted Fri Apr 27, 2012 4:08 pm

it looks tiny. Anybody remember those guys at mystic lake in the Kayak? They had a lunchbox size cooler. They had a decent bag but had 2 dead fish if I remember correctly. That thing looks like a bait bucket

Well, it holds up to 8 gallons of water. Every gallon adds 8.34 lbs more than I'd want to peddle around all day, even in the pro angler, unless necessary. I can put in less water, but I don't know exactly what's necessary for 1-5 bass at least 12"?

Length: 20.0"
Width: 15.0"
Height: 12.0"

Mine holds 12 gallons and I'm sure I've never filled it to the top so I would guess you'd be ok if you only caught fish less than 20"
