Awesome thanks for the info.
Heck yeah I'll find that, I just did some searching on Google maps and think I found where you are talking about.

that the Acton and Maynard line just passed the stop and shop. there is a dam up on the right just before the Wendys. you could also take the right at the lights at S&S and then take your 1st left passed the Ford dealer.

What baits were you using to catch the northern pike in the Concord? I went there on Aug 26th, and I didn't catch much. If you launch at the Billerica boat ramp, where are the best areas to go from there???

thanks

Im still searching for my first pike so im not too sure of the best spots. As far as lures big spinners, spoons, swimbaits, even big ribontail worms will work. i think spinners and spoons are the best bet since flashy lures tend to anger them.

Is there a place to launch a boat there, or only shore fishing??

Terrific thanks, that is the place I narrowed down to on Google based on Bosses' post. So how does the fishing above the water fall compare to below it? Are certain fish consistently on one side of it?

Here is a link for a youtube video of me catching a Northern Pike yesterday (09/06/10) on the Concord River.

I caught 5 of these total, but I only captured 1 on video.

all good except the dismount...the pike chuck was a little rough. Nice fish though!
