Plymouth Ponds

Anybody been by any ponds yesterday or today? Are they iced in or is there open water? Would like to go down for trout tomorrow, but don't want to make a wasted trip! Thanks.

Still iced all over. But not sure about long pond or little pond. Haven't check them out. However, I drove to work today, all of ponds and lakes are already ice on it. Didn't see single pond that has open water now. It might change by tomorrow or Saturday. Who knows. Good luck if you going out! Be safe!

And so I did! Little is wide open and so is Billington. Got 1 brown and 2 bows. Had a half doz. or so other strikes. Wasn't expecting anything so it was all good! 6 or so other guys fishing and a yakker showed up!
