Open water?

Just seeing smallmouth is getting me fired up. I'm planning on doing more fishing down that way this year

yea I really shouldn't be saying this my buddy would kill me but they just put 10 more salmon on top of the 25 they stocked it with at the beginning of the season even though I know at least 10 of the original 25 have been taken though if your gonna be on a boat with a fish finder look for the deepest spots you can find for the smallies but you will defiantly be able to find the salmon an trout up in the 10 foot or shallower range you could find some big brown trout up to 6 pounds to I'm gonna take a ride down there tomorrow to make sure that it is still fully open and to do a little fishin to

Hopefully the snow coming through Saturday will turn on the bite.
I caught my first brown in the snow in last December!
