Open Water

Rapala X-Rap. Switched to a Husky Jerk and had no takers. Will try again tomorrow!

I was out yesterday on the cape. All big ponds are wide open. Temps were 38.5. Got 1 nice largemouth about 3.5lbs in 2 hours. Didn't try for smallies, Will be back Friday and spend some more time there. Front coming in may have them eating??

i found open water below a dam! good current and lots of trees! caught a small pickerel on an xrap!

i spooked a decent fish up shallow next to a tree!

i think im gona start pitching jigs to trees!
