not enough bass...

i have only caught 3 bass all year and over 300 brook trout. i like the trout but i'm getting sick of them need to start catching more bass

Try fishing some smaller ponds with wacky worms and topwaters. Boost your bass confidence back up

thanks guys. i just moved to bear brook state park in NH and it only has a wild brook trout population for at least a couple miles but there is the suncook river i have fished that branches off from the merrimack where i have seen some pick and some small brownies and couple smallies

If you have a car there is atleast 4 ponds/lakes within 20 minutes of that state park
