im going down to Myles Standish park to camp
any tips on fishing there

species ?
what lake ?
colors?
worth taking a boat 12" gas boat ?

Better check the website. Not sure if you can put a gas engine in any of the ponds within the park.

Hit Billington Sea. Last weekend a friend was in a tourney there, all the bags were over 19lbs. One guy had 20lbs in the first 10 minutes. They were on fire.

Do you have any idea what they were throwing I am planning on fishing there this week from my kayak and I like to keep my amount of tackle to a minimum

No gas motors in miles standish. The ponds in there are all pretty nice with healthy quality fish. Soft plastics of any variety will work well. Also jigs and spinnerbaits.

From what I understand, it didnt make a difference what you were throwing. They caught fish on everything. Gas motors are allowed at Billington.
