Ha I wish, but I don't believe that there is medicinal marijuana in the state of MA, just de-criminalized so you just get a ticket not an arrestable offence under 1 ounce (if you get caught of course). A friend told me that.... Lol

True. $250 fine first offense, $500 fine second offense, misdemeanor charge thereafter. It's not worth a cop's time to go after you. Much easier to take the radar gun out to the highway, like shooting fish in a barrel.
there is plenty of medical marijuana in Mass that comes from Cali. You just need a good drop off. I also thought it was $100 fine getting caught with less than an ounce ?

What I meant was ma doesn't support it, sure you can find it but not with a prescription card. There aren't any dispenseries in ma that I know of. And your right kman its 100$ fine.
