I love this time of year. First there is not too much fishing pressure. I was on Lower Mystic Lake this week and I was the only boat on either of the lakes.
Living in Boston I found I could find a bite from shore in the Charles year round. But from now until about March I fish the Kenmore Community hole on Sunday mornings. If anyone wants to join me send me a PM. I pretty much do it every Sunday for an hour or two.

its never to cold i fish from my boat till theres no more water to float on then right in to the ice fishing and fish wil bite the same stuff you use in the summer you just have to know what time of day there feeding and were there feeding in december i get them on cranks rattletraps spinnerbaits jigs hairjigs ect.... like i said its never to cold just have to put the time in
