My boat is done for the season and my buddy had a wedding the night before so I would have had to drive to the northshore to get his boat and turn around and go back to billington. Not worth it for a game of musical boats LOL

Could I use it for frogs? Or would they be too light to cast well with the 7'7 heavy?

7'2 mhxfast endurance powell rod with shimano reel I plan on replacing all my rods with powell they are awsome rod and a awsome price

powell is definetly the way to go

My favorite is a black maxx combo with 20lbs power pro!!!

used to be field and stream tec spec 7'6" medium heavy extra fast flippin stick w/lews speed spool and 50lb power pro, now its a tec spec elite 7'6" heavy fast flippin stick w/us reels supercaster 1000 and 65lb power pro. can you tell i like to pitch jigs? lol

I bought some new tackle this winter so know it 705 dobyns glsass rod awsome jerkbait and shallow crank I started repacing all my rods with dobyns rods with lews reels love it , plus awsome warrenty

Its funny how quick things change 3months ago i plan replacing my rods with powell but after using a dobyns im telling you they are a awsome rod .expensive but worth it anyway i will have a list soon of rods and reels for sale
