Day Off, Where to Fish?

I have an unexpected day off tomorrow and it is supposed to be a pretty nice day. The reels are spooled up and the kayak ready to go. The question is how far south do I have to go to find open water? I checked a couple ponds in my area, still iced over.

Are Plymouth ponds open?

I know the fishing won't be great, just anxious to get in the water

The river is wide open according to Rt. 495/3 bridges.
