I have found that it is the Same as Spring Fishing, goes in a cycle, where you first start is where you will end up. My first stop is Wachusett in the Spring and my last stop is the same. The water goes from cold to hot to cold, Fish backwards, shallow to deep back to shallow. And use the same techniques you did.
I like cold water bassin. More reward for the fish you catch... When i fish in the cold weather/ water... I just want to catch a fish no matter the size.... Plus I'm the only one on the pond
This is the first winter I have with my kayak so. I can't wait to find my honey holes where the fished are stacked up
