Better buying off tackle from online then stores

Has anyone ever ordered from PBS Boat Store online? Its located in Florida and has crazy low prices. On Friday I ordered a brand new Abu Garcia gen3 Revo premier for 206$ no tax. 10$ for shipping. The only issue is after I ordered it I went online to research the company any it seems they got alot of bad reviews. Hopefully my order goes smoothly.

Btw. BPS has free shipping with no minimum. Just got a box of stuff I always forget to add to my orders. Weight pegs, speed clips and...well the transducer shield was the targeted product. FREEFEB

i'm pretty sure i got a rocket for the same exact price ($216 free shipping) on ebay. it was shipped the same day i bought it with tracking information. I still haven't gotten it but all signs point to it being a perfect transaction. i have a bunch of vendors saved as favorite sellers.
