2013 MAFF Kayak Tournament Schedule & Rules

Really looking forward to fishing as many of these events as possible this year. Last year was a lot of fun. Great group of guys. The hard work that goes into organizing the schedule and rules is much appreciated.

My new Wilderness Systems Commander 120 arrives this week. Having the ability to stand and cast was a huge motivation for selecting this rig. Wonder how many times I'll end up in the drink at Stump trying to stand and fish?

It can be tricky, lol i haven't fished a-1 stump in years. was always my favorite place and where i perfected my jig fishing (go figure)

Hi! New to the board and from out in Western Mass. with a couple questions. Are these tourneys open or by invite only? And, can electronics (Sonar, GPS, etc...) be used?

Open to members when the sign up gets posted just ask to add your team name. Electronics are welcome but only paddles allowed for the kayak or canoe.

May 4th can't come soon enough

I just joined the forum and hope to make it to a couple of these this season, seems like it would be a fun day of fishing.

I want to aim for either the Charles River contest (never fished it) or the A-1 site (have had good runs there). Cool beans.

I'll be at the Charles river launch with a couple of freebies!

Ill have to be at charles river this year and catch something besides slimedarts and hopefully not get sick from it this yr haha
