missmonsterfish I can't wait to go try out my new Watermelon Magic senkos. They incidentally have the same glitter as the skirts. I couldn't find any rings at Dicks and I'm too lazy to go to the hardware store so I got creative. I cut the skirt in half and literally made a hula skirt out of it. The rubber is surprisingly strong and it's attached to a Daiichi size 1/0 hook. I will keep you guys updated on how it works out.

missmonsterfish I got them from ebay. I have to go to the hardware store after all. The bass that I caught last night ripped it right off. I'm now a Senko fan. I caught 3 bass last night. One was a baby one I caught on half a night crawler the other two were on the smaller side but still fun to catch.

bassinbrooksy nice invention you got there lol. if you buy yum dingers they are cheaper than yamamoto senkos and have the added benefit of being scented so they work great at night and because they are cheaper you dont worry so much about hooking right into the worm rather than using o rings.i pay 5 bucks for a 13 pack of 4 inch yum dingers and fish them literally every day and a pack usually lasts me about 3 weeks , i hook right into the middle of the worm and usually get about 4 or more fish before it gets totally destroyed. welcome to the wonderful world of wacky rigs! bass fishing just got much easier for you ;)

bassinbrooksy fyi i use 4" rather than 5 cause i tend to get much more bites on the slightly smaller bait even at night and they dont tear up as easy when wacky rigged cause there isnt as much mass wiggling around on both ends

missmonsterfish The fish definately love the wacky work. Even inexperienced little ol' me can still catch a big one.
