Northshore Slob
Hit up a spot in Lincoln around 1pm. The bite was slow to non exsistant and the wind and chop were making for a lousy day. We were about to call it quits, but then the wind finally calmed down. We figured we'd stick around for awhile after that for the heck of it and started to put fish in the boat left and right, like somebody suddenly just flicked a switch "on". We caught 14 keepers total, with a few dinks, some pickerel and a Calico Bass. Roger nailed a 5.14 lb., 22 inch slob towards the end of the day. This is his biggest fish to date and he was pumped! Hell of a fish with a big fat fall belly! Not too bad for late October!
