Rochester, NY Fishing Report
More King Salmon, Baby!
Three people contacted me through Facebook that they wanted to go fishing for salmon. I told them to come up here to fish in Fall season. In which, they did keep tracking and contacted me recently.
Before I can begin my story, two person was actually from Alabama and other person from New Jersey.
Then, I took all of them on same day, they was using heavy set up like 50-80 pounds braids. I laughed and let them to see how I fished with 10 pounds line on spinning reel. Not even less 10 cast, I able to hook up and landed first salmon for the day. They was impressed and processed same method as I just did. I helped to net all of them and took pictures for them. They was really thrilled to just catch one, but no, they able to catch three/four salmons. Then I switched to flyrod. Landed couple of nice size kings. But those two picture is top two biggest fish for the day.
They was able to landed total 11 salmon while I have 6 of them. In the end, they was glad to take this trip and happy that I was one who guide for them.
