Great rocky shoreline at mouth of Marblehead harbor in/near Salem Harbor. Great access to deeper water close to shore. Rocks hold lots of bass, tautog, and some black sea bass. Watch your terminal tackle, you will lose more rigs than you catch fish most likely. Great action when schools of bluefish come through. There is a very small parking area that is gated at night so be careful or you'll be spending the night on the rocks. Never have thrown eels around the area but with all the rocky structure i'm sure that the stripers would line up to eat an eel.
