Hi guys, this is my first post on the message board, and I have been fishing since April of this year.

Since then I have primarily been fishing for Largemouth, and am looking to expand to other types. I live in the south shore (20 mins from plymouth) and I am looking for some lakes preferably more local-than-not, that hold some new fish. Right now I can only fish from shore.

Only one pike lake on the south shore and that is down the Cape. Only place I have heard of walleye in the area is Quitticas, a part of the Assawampsett Complex in Lakeville. Only 2 salmon ponds in the Plymouth area, Little Pond and Long Pond, both of these can be fished from shore. Check out the MA Wildlife web site Exclamation
