wicked stupidity on "almost" shark attack

I couldn't do something like this, if this guy got attacked. Guess who is charged with murder and everything? But everything was quite lucky in this situation. I had to reply the video several times since I can't really believe it was happen.

I know its hoax. and sorry, I was typed it on my phone. So, I didn't including that info on here.

I was trying to say if it was realistic happen, in which, it is not real. However, what is the result if someone did like this? how does justice can prove if he was guilty if that guy thrown everyone out of boat?
