KAYAK TOURNAMENT RESULTS - WEST MONPONSETT 8/10

The nice weather provided tough fishing today at Monponsett. We all battled the wind and boats, and when the dust settled (or should I say algae bloom.....) the top three were as follows

First Place - Lifted
Second - mainiac
Third - badstrife

Lunker - mainiac 3.0lbs

It was great to see some new guys entering their first kayak tournament - hope to see them in the future!

Definitely rough with that wind and the speed boats! That algae bloom was absolutely disgusting, but that's where I ended up nabbing my fish.
