Is it gated all the time? can you still park there and drop in a kayak?
You could carry a kayak, or small car topper down to the water, but anything trailered won't work with out the ramp. And yes gated all the time. I think its under control by the town, or residents maybe.
I've fished glen charlie a handfull of times...always had atleast one or two people out. Even on the weekdays. A darn shame cause i know both glen charlie and mill pond got some monsters..... Gota either pound the places or hit them at the right time....Haven't been to glen charlie in awhile...Wasen't aware of the gate now?
