Has anyone ever replaced trailer bearings?
I consider my self a pretty good handy man. Just wondering what I'm getting my self into before I spend money & time to fix the trailer I have.

Looking at the boat trailer from "Harbor Freight Tools" for $350 bucks it looks pretty good. Anyone have one, how do you like it & how was the assembly?

No worries, Trailer bearings are very easy. The u tube link is awesome that skoda sent, use that if you have any questions. You might want to try bearing buddies also. This way you can grease the bearings without removing the rim. I try and grease often since i burnt out an axle an hour from my house at 10 at night. I needed to have my boat towed home on a flat bed. Live and learn. Be proactive not reactive.

Exactly, Been there. Except when i smelt it the axle was toast. I guess goin down highway at 65 you can't smell what's burning behing you.
