Lead ban in Mass Jan 2012.

I was reading about this lead ban.
I haven't seen the abstract yet.
Does anyone know if there is a size limit?
Example: if i have a lead jig with a hook and it measures over a certain length is that still legal?
Does anybody know the rule?

The Mass state ban is for any lead under 1 ounce and starts Jan. 1 2012.
