went to a small pond in hanson behind the airport. Really shallow pond, cant fish it really when summer comes around. well first cast yet ANOTHER pickerel. im plagued by them this year, anyways im about to unhook him when he decides he wants thrash about one last time. while doing this the spinnerbait comes off at super speed and hooks me. i guess he showed me, and if i get one more pickerel this year im gonna cry........to get it out i had to pinch the barb down and slide it back threw.
ouch. a couple of years ago, i actually did that twice in the same day, lol. both times a large pickerel flopping around while trying to get the lure out. the 2nd time the barb was buried in my hand (like volume4130 pic) and i couldn't get it out. had to use a large needle from the first aid kit and literally dig it out. not a fun time.
you know what's friggin hilarious. It's 6:14 in the morning, I have seen creature's profile pic on messages he's posted before. But never noticed the bare-assed dude behind him. HAHAHAHA nearly spit coffee all over my monitor and keyboard. CLASSIC!! As for the spinnerbait incident, I hate when that sh*t happens!! Once the barb is in, it can be classified as a huge pain in the ass!!
ya thats the sexy shad spinnerbait i like it a lot runs real smooth. and yes thats my buddy chris he was just jealous because 5 minutes before i caught that fish he skipped a senko right under the same branch i caught that fish off of. i guess she just wanted that fast moving chatter bait.
