Supposed to be near 60 through the wknd! Maybe I should have kept the racks on for one more week! It's all about the wind though, tough to have it all this time of year. Smile

If its windy I'll probably just go to Maquan, place is so small 2 minutes of paddling and you can get to other side of the pond and get outta the wind.If its not windy maybe Furnace,Oldham ,Indian Head or Stetson

I'm probably gonna hit up the small pond near me on Saturday, early till about 1 PM. Got a birthday party to go to at 2, and another at 4. Annoying. Haha.

Gonna fish that BBS tournament on Winthrop on Sunday.

Hey thelucky maybe I'll meet up with you at Furnace Saturday, I'll probably be there 7:30ish! My schedule changed a bit so I'm going Thursday and possibly Friday also, maybe Maquan and Stetson.

With this weather forecast it is very tempting to put the yak racks back on! Confused

Took the yak to Maquan Pond this morning for a couple hours! Water was like glass from 8:30-9:30,then it got a bit breezy,i left abot 10:45,water temps were 41 degrees, I caught 1 bass(1.5 lbs) 3 Pickerel and 3 yellow perch. Fun morning and almost warm out! Definitely going over the weekend maybe even on Friday.

Water will not warm up this time of year. Not enough strong sunlight. Temps may hold steady though. Some nice jumbos in Maquan! LIttle picks can be a PIA! Very Happy
