TW's classic sale is a joke

I was disappointed too. It was much better last year.

The question is, what to get next month???? Ci4? New Curado? 842? 916? 894?????? Stand pat????



the new curado weighs "too much" for you hahahha

i think the ci4+ would be good for more finesse applications with the low drag and small spool. i may get one still.

Drove to the bps in nh today. Place was crazy packed. Next week is reel trade in. Starts Friday. Shimano is included. I asked because I know it hasn't always been part of it. I'll grab a stradic ci4+ for 180.

Speaking of the BPS trade-in deals... Johnny Morris Signature Series casting rods can be had for $89.97 with a trade-in. Was thinking of getting a Veritas for $64.99 with trade-in, but the idea of getting the $140 JM Sig for $90 is pretty enticing. Anyone got any comments on the Signature casting rods? Are they legit?
