Color is overrated. You basically have 3 colors, Natural (i.e. green pumpkin, black, watermelon and smoke), metal flake ( i.e. Smoke silver, smoke holigram, watermelon gold flake, and reaction type colors like White, chartruse, pink ect. Once a bait in each group gets a few feet below the surface they all look the same.
Pick a color you have confidence in and stick with that. I used to be the guy with 10 different colors of the same bait. I now use 2-3 different colors for ALL my soft plastics and thats about it.
