Authenticate the Seller
Always buy from reputable sellers with positive reviews and a history of successful transactions.

Check for Authenticity
Rare Pokémon cards are frequently counterfeited. Ensure the card has proper thickness, texture, and holographic patterns. Compare it to verified images online if unsure.

Understand Pricing
Research the market value of the card you’re looking for to avoid overpaying. Websites like TCGPlayer and eBay sold listings can provide price benchmarks.

Inspect Condition
Card condition significantly impacts value. Look for terms like "Near Mint" (NM) or "Mint" (M) in listings. If possible, inspect the card for scratches, bends, or discoloration before buying.

Secure Shipping
When buying online, ensure the seller offers secure packaging, such as top loaders or bubble mailers, to prevent damage during transit.

Your local aquarium supplier has and will sell you
Pre-cycled live rock with no contaminants.
I would cycle with the lawnmower blenny.
After the cycle is complete and the blenny
has perished. Make your standard water change
and from here proceed to your desired goals.
I would always cycle with damsels.

Next time I’m throwing it in the mix.

The after math.

Never tried the cycle with the blenny.
