Steelhead?

Weird question, but if anyone is familiar with Beaver Brook (the area from Lowell to Dracut is that part I am concerned with), is it possible that Steelhead would be able to migrate up the Merrimack and past the dam on Pleasant St near the Umass Campus, to get into the brook to migrate up the brook towards NH?

AND if it is possible, would you say that it is likely?

no, it's impossible for them to get into the NH portion of beaver brook through lowell and dracut. there are 3 waterfalls they are in the way.

im not very familiar with the merrimack, but are there steelies in the merrimack, I would love to get into some nice winter steelhead action

I know people who have caught them up near Newburyport. I have no idea how far they migrate though.
