Scrounger heads?

Anybody got any tips on how to use scrounger heads, I've got some that I bought this past year and wanna hear what people think of them/how and when they use them.

Great action but not as weed freindly as a spinnerbait imo. I will prob toss it in more open cover or rocky areas.

With skirt or without skirt? Think it like a swim jig. With skirt, put a twin tail grub on it to mimic a frog. Without skirt, put a 3 inch zoom fluke on it. Inside or outside weed line, need some grass to be more effective.
