What is there warranty like do you have to pay shipping or a fee then it might be better to do it yourself look into it?
when i sent mine in, i paid for shipping, but i got a brand new rod and it was an upgrade. it was sent immediately with no questions asked. i don't like quantum, but their service was pretty awesome.
i filled this thing out, put it in the tube, and just mailed it.

I shipped via UPS. They really get you though with the "special handling fee." i think it was $20-30 total. get an estimate with the USPS first if you can. lesson learned on my part for next time.
