Google and you will find plenty of talk about it. Looks like the bill is a bit mishappen and off to the side to provide a more erratic motion.

Anyone else get sucked in? I ordered the scatter rap and the scatter minnow. In fishing theory its a good idea, lets see how it works? If they had a suspending minnow I would be all over it. I may tinker with my minnow to get it to suspend?
