Posted a reply in another thread, but wanted to make this info more accessible to more members by starting a new post. Stopped by today to fish at Putnamville, and the water is down about 10' due to current usage by two new towns(Danvers, and Middleton) Talked to a dog walker and he said the water drop is recent due to the two new towns using the reservior. Where I was casting from today by the water's edge, would have left me a couple feet underwater back in April.
Shoreline 20-75' out from where it was last time I was there in April and casting from shore left my lure running through dying Milfoil in the majority of the spots I fished. Cool to see all the underwater structure around shoreline.
No action, tried a few spots near the rock levee by the wall and a few spots further from the entrance.
