AMAZING TRIP!!!!!!!! 7 kings and 1 brown. missed many big fish, broken line and spit hooks.

biggest went 30 and change. i fought a fish for 45 mins. that was my very first salmon ive ever caught.

caught the 30 on 4 lbs test line!!!!!!!!

CANT WAIT TO GO BACK NEXT WEEK!!!!! YAHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

thelucky - nah, that 4lbs is my rod set up. I like challenge with salmons. I told bassturd if he wanted feel real raw power of salmon, use my set up. In which, he did. Next thing he did, land the 30lbs. He is very happy guy now.

Awesome! I've dip down to 8lb test on kings and lost badly. Do you lose a lot of fish?

Congrats man! That is a real beauty! And 4lbs test- crazy! I caught a 20 pound carp on 6lbs test, and I thought that was extreme. Great job.

What were they hitting on? Last Monday there was no fish up there at all, so couldn't find out what you guys use.

orkfest - they was hitting on either bead and egg sac. Keep searching the river and you will find them.
