Does anyone know if you can fish this small little pond. I drove by it the other day and never even thought to fish it or seen anyone there

I stopped by there one morning on my way to somewhere else, I didn't explore the entire circumference of it, but at least 2/3rds of the pond has a pretty formidable chain-link fence blocking you from getting anywhere near the water. There may be shore access on the side across from the parking lot, hardly seems worth it though.

Jerrys pond aka Jerrys pit is a former clay pit. It is very deep and had a bad rep back in the day for claiming many lives of swimmers. I am sure there are fish in there but a waste of time imo.

Ya i stopped by because i saw it there to take a peak, saw some pretty good sized carp right along the shore. tons of sunfish just hanging out as well and what looked like alot of movement out by the middle, probably carp as it was getting later in the day. The fence threw me off but it looked like there were fish every where in there. Just could not find an access point. Not being from the area I didnt want to mess around

I remember hearing a lot of death trap stories when I was younger and why they put up the fence. Not worth the aggravation imo.
